ROASTERR-1 is a small observatory located in the outskirts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania that is dedicated to asteroid and comet observations. It features a combination of light pollution from the city, a small aperture telescope (of just 300mm, with even smaller telescopes available) and an aproximate of 100 nights/year of clear skies. Another 350mm telescope is currently under construction, hopefully it will see the light from the stars in the spring of 2016. Another even bigger telescope is in the dream stage right now. Stay tuned.
